At Born 2 Game, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a sealed product bought from our website or in our store, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Pre-orders are excluded. We can't offer a refund once more than 14 days have passed since delivery or purchase.

Please note: singles (individual cards) can't be returned. Only sealed products are eligible for returns.

If you choose local pickup, please pick up your order within 30 days of placing it. For pre-orders, please pick up within 30 days of receiving the store pickup email. After 30 days the order is considered abandoned, the product goes back on our shelves, and the order is marked fulfilled and isn't refundable.

Life happens, and we get that. Just email us and we'll hold your order past 30 days.

Please read before ordering: These replacement pieces are intended to help you replace a missing item from your existing puzzle set. Pieces may be gently used and can show light wear such as surface scratches or color variation. The condition reflects the nature of replacement inventory; the goal is to restore playability and completeness, not to guarantee showroom-new condition.
