We can't offer a refund once more than 14 days have passed since delivery or purchase.

If you choose local pickup, please pick up your order within 30 days of placing it. For pre-orders, please pick up within 30 days of receiving the store pickup email. After 30 days the order is considered abandoned, the product goes back on our shelves, and the order is marked fulfilled and isn't refundable.
